Is Quickbooks required?

We do require that you maintain an online version of Quickbooks. This allows our staff to be over the top efficient when it comes to the day to day.

What access do I have to my Relationship Manager?

You will have the ability to schedule a time to meet with your Relationship Manager monthly. This is the best time to review the calendar of events for the coming month and discuss exceptions from prior weeks accounting. If you need anything in the interim, our team is always available via email or Google Chat.

What about my enrollment software? Jackrabbit, DSP, or MindBody?

No problem. We’ll do our best to integrate with whatever software you currently use for registration and point of sale. If you haven’t already, we’ll map accounts and assist with syncing your software with Quickbooks.

What about human resources, tax and other assistance Do you do that too?

We’re coming out with interesting and relevant information for our clients every month. Ask your relationship manager for anything you may need and we’ll point you in the right direction.

How do you collect payment?

Payment is due at the beginning of each month upon receiving your invoice.

Will I be forced to provide access to my bank account?

We will require a read only format for the bank account you use for day to day operations. We’ll need this to download data on a daily basis to keep you up to speed.

Does my studio have to be located in the United States?

For now it does. We’re working with DSOA (Dance Studio Owners Association) to create ways of providing our services to other countries. Stayed tuned!

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that our clients provide at least 30 days notice prior to cancelling service.
